Quick doesn’t always mean dirty

Not every project needs to be a massive overhaul; sometimes there’s an idea that’s already working and it just needs to be made official. Lori at Stitch-a-book turned a hobby into a side business, and then into a full time business creating simple scrapbook and quilting kits. These kits sold at craft fairs and hobby stores, and Lori was having difficulty keeping up with demand.

Since we were already printing the contents of the kits for her, Lori came to us asking for a solution to both speed the assembly of the kits and to upgrade the look since sales were going up. Our own Dawn Emery took the wheel and created a single jacket for Lori’s notebooks, replacing several small pieces. The look was also cleaner, and better showed the work.

Several individual pieces were inserted one at a time.

This one was quick and clean, and Lori was very happy with the result.
